Has anyone ever gotten a BFP without noticing a change is Cervical Mucus?

I have had all of the signs of ovulation this month except a change in cervical mucus. It did go from fairly dry to milky, but never the egg white texture that I hear people talking about. I was just curious to know if anyone else has gotten pregnant without noticing a change in CM....
