Is the title "Of Mice and Men" a metaphor? How?

I need to write a theme on a unifying idea about three of these works: Of Mice and Men, A Raisin in the Sun, The Catcher in the Rye, My Name is Asher Lev, Antigone, Anthem, Macbeth, and Night. My idea is that A Raisin in the Sun, Night, and possibly of Mice and Men all have metaphorical titles. Is this a good premise?
