My Warcraft III account CD-Key banned?

I tried logging into warcraft 3 one day and it said my CD-Key is disabled. so I decided to call them the guy i talked to said that its because I was using a third-party application (My Autorefresher). ive never been banned before so he said if it was a first time offense i would get a month disabled If i found my Cd-Key cuz they said they needed it to see if it was a first time offense. So I Couldnt find it so i called them again the next week. the guy i talked to didnt tell me wat it was for this time. he also said that if it was a first offense I would get 2-3 weeks and also that they needed my CD-Key. I couldnt find it so he said he was gonna send me an email and told me to send back my CD-Key. so i said alright etc. I get the email and It sais i whole bunch of crap that ive never done. Attempting to obtain pwords:Please be advised that Blizzard Entertainment has an aggressive, zero-tolerance stance against any account being used by someone to obtain or steal pwords or to con or trick users into giving out their pwords on Battle.net. This offense violates the Battle.net Terms of Use Agreement and/or End User License Agreement of the game. Harment of other users:Please be advised that Blizzard Entertainment does not support or condone the use of any account to har or threaten other users on Battle.net. This offense violates the Battle.net Terms of Use Agreement and/or End User License Agreement of the game. Harassment may result in the closure of the account or even the temporary or permanent banning of the associated CD-Key. Impersonating a Blizzard representative:Please be advised that Blizzard Entertainment has an aggressive, zero-tolerance stance against any account used in an attempt to impersonate a Blizzard or Battle.net representative. This offense violates the Battle.net Terms of Use Agreement and/or End User License Agreement of the game. Inappropriate account or character name:Blizzard Entertainment has rules for account and character names on Battle.net. The name you are inquiring about was disabled because it was deemed inappropriate according to these rules.
