My Warcraft III account CD-Key banned?

I tried logging into warcraft 3 one day and it said my CD-Key is disabled. so I decided to call them the guy i talked to said that its because I was using a third-party application (My Autorefresher). ive never been banned before so he said if it was a first time offense i would get a month disabled If i found my Cd-Key cuz they said they needed it to see if it was a first time offense. So I Couldnt find it so i called them again the next week. the guy i talked to didnt tell me wat it was for this time. he also said that if it was a first offense I would get 2-3 weeks and also that they needed my CD-Key. I couldnt find it so he said he was gonna send me an email and told me to send back my CD-Key. so i said alright etc. I get the email and It sais i whole bunch of crap that ive never done.
