My fish tank. opinions?

okay i did not read about fish at all before i got any. then i looked stuff up and i think i might have one of the worst combinations of fish in my tank. don't go nuts on me...i have a male crown tailed betta, a tiger barb. 2 guppies, electric yellow lab cichlid. dwarf frog, some other fish that kind of looks like a neon tetra but orangish. and 2 ghost shrimp. They are actually doing alright. the guppies fins are all in tact not one nip from the tigerbarb. The tigerbarb sometimes gets close to the betta's fins but seems so scared to actually do anything and my betta is just comes out to eat then goes back into its castle. the frog.,,,well he doesn't mess with no one and no one messes with him. the ghost shrimp are still alive, don't know how. and for the cichlid and tiger barb sometimes they are aggressive towards each other but mildly. the only one that did not work was the angle fish. the tiger was messing with it too much so i returned the angel. i have had these fish or about 1 month and everything seems fine, does anyone have any opinion if it is just like this for now or something? tnx
