Looking for holiday accommodation for family with four kids under 12.?

We want somewhere hot within a 4 hour flight time from the uk. WE've done villas with own pool, but the kids want to be with other children and have the option of joining in kids clubs. I'd like a quality hotel rather than self catering, and interconnecting rooms where the kids don't have to go via balcony or corridor. is this the holy grail i'm looking for? It feels like it!
