My computer is really slow for no reason can anyone help?

my computer all of a sudden started moving really slow youtube videos take forever and to load pages also. this just started about 2 days ago out of no where i tried to uninstall and reinstall adobe flash player that did not work what can be wrong or what do you recommend??....i dont ares music downloading program
