How to study for history?
Do one a day. Maybe stick some of the shortest ones together so that you can fit the 11 things into 9 days. E.g. you could do the American and French revolutions in one day, because they're similar and kind of influenced each other. Basically, just skim read the bit about each thing in the book, and write down main points as you go, and aim to do it in an hour (if you have other things to be studying). If there are end-of-chapter summaries, they'll help. Start with your favourite section, do your least favourite one the next day. If you do it in less than an hour, start on your next section. If you end up at the end of 9 days and you haven't done all the sections, forget about it and don't worry. The aim of the mocks is only to be able to time yourself and get experience doing exams. The results don't matter, and don't believe anyone who tells you they do. You still have plenty of time left before the real exam.
