I keep getting a burning sharp pain shooting from my nose thru my head?

its eally painfull and burns and my eyes water it only lasts seconds but its really awful especially when i sniff up as have a bunged nose can any1 help ? i know i suffer from acid reflux can that b anything to do with it ? thanks for reading:)
