Help with project on Hemoglobin and sickle cell disease?

First of all thank you so much in advance for whoever answers this. Anyway I have a project where I have to find the mRNA sequence, shape and behavior of Hemoglobin molecule, and the medical implications of a person with a sickle cell allele and one with a normal allele. Any help would be much appreciated!
