I'm Asian (Paki) is there anything wrong with dying my hair blond?

Im 15 and I wanna dye my hair blond my friends sister has blond hair shes half white n half paki n she looks y, my mates say i wud look like a tramp cuz n it wont go with my skin n ppl wud be lookin at me, wot do u think?
