Is it illegal to distribute pictures of a man having gay ?

So there is this guy I know....And my friends and I (we are 14) came across some pictures of him performing on a man.........and also various other gay acts. We are going to make a website with these pictures......and then send the website link to all of his friends........Could he bring this to the police? And would they even care? If it is somehow traced to us are we committing a crime? If we just put up the pictures and no words, aren't we technically not slandering him and just saying the truth? Is it a crime to "out" someone.......Also, isn't on a man considered sodomy. Also, if we sent these pictures to the military could we get him kicked out? It is obvious that it is him and he is in the military!!!! Would it violate the "don't ask don't tell" Like wouldn't that be proof he is gay??? Please give advice!!! He has molested seveal of my friends and we want to nail him and give him payback!!
